2. Dial the U.S. access code for the country FROM which you are
dialing (for example: "010", "011", "001"),
and then dial your 10-digit Access number shown at the top of
this page. NOTE: If your callback number is in the USA, dial 1+Access
Code.
3. Hang up as you hear the first ring. Wait for the callback platform
to call you back. DO NOT pick up the phone until you hear it ring.
If you accidentally do pick up the phone before the callback,
hang up, and wait AT LEAST 60 seconds before dialing again. The
service will call you back on a second courtesy attempt 60 seconds
after your first call if it receives a busy signal. This would
be the case if you have the phone off the hook, or someone calls
you before you receive the callback.
If you do not answer the first callback, the platform will also
wait 60 seconds and then call you again. Note that a third courtesy
attempt is not provided.
When you answer the callback, you will hear dial tone, and the
voice prompt will say, "Please enter the telephone number
you wish to reach." You should then dial your destination
number to place the call.
You may press the " * " key at any time during your
callback. The menu will provide you with the following Personal
Administration options: Press the "#" key twice to receive
a new line without disconnecting. Press the "*" key
three times to end your callback session.
Voice prompts are currently available in the
following languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese,
Korean, Dutch, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese,
Russian and Arabic.
To use Speed Dial: After receiving callback,
press "#_ _". For example, you would key "#01",
"#05" or "#10" to dial those stored numbers
in your Speed Dial list.To end your call, always key in "***"
on your telephone. Should you wish to immediately make another
call, use "##" instead, and you will be granted a new
